1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bak33 platform — including the website, any associated mobile browser interface, and all products and services offered therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bak33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bak33 platform and close your account. bak33 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who declines to accept these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bak33 platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the platform. They apply equally to betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other product categories available on bak33.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a bak33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to the bak33 platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of access.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period previously applied to your bak33 account.
• You have not previously had a bak33 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

bak33 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of first withdrawal, at the time of any large deposit, or at random intervals as part of ongoing compliance procedures.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bak33 products and services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active bak33 account at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. bak33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bak33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bak33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bak33 immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

3.4 Accurate Information

You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you provided at registration change. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of outstanding balances where fraud is established.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bak33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh payment channels. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.2 Deposits

All deposits are credited to your bak33 BDT wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the bak33 platform cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within seconds of confirmation. bak33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number or linked bank account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit to your bak33 account, and only to the same registered mobile number or account holder name. bak33 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

All funds deposited into your bak33 account must be your own legally obtained funds. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. bak33 reserves the right to conduct financial due diligence checks at any time and may request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds.

4.5 Wagering Requirement on Deposits

Where a deposit bonus or promotional offer has been credited to your account, a minimum wagering requirement must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements for each offer are stated at the time the offer is presented. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bak33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to account holders. All such offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Each promotional offer is available only to eligible accounts as specified in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the duration stated in the offer. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• bak33 reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer from any player at any time if abuse or misuse of the promotion is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Players who have self-excluded or are subject to a cooling-off period are not eligible to participate in promotional offers during that period.

bak33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in a promotion after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting

All bets placed on the bak33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or market in question. Betting markets may include cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Test series), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. Market availability may vary based on time zone, event schedule, and sporting calendar.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the bak33 system. bak33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to account for live data latency; bets placed during this delay may be voided if the event outcome has already been determined.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that bak33 posts clearly erroneous odds or market lines as a result of a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, bak33 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where possible, bak33 will notify affected players as soon as practicable.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each betting market are displayed within the bak33 platform at the time of bet placement. bak33 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or specific markets at its sole discretion.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the bak33 platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and specialty games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by live physical dealing conducted by professional dealers employed by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. bak33 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes.

Crash game outcomes — including but not limited to Aviator by Spribe — are determined by provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Players should refer to the individual game provider's fairness documentation for technical details regarding outcome generation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bak33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or attempting to open more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or bonus eligibility.
• Participation in or facilitation of match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the bak33 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your bak33 account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bak33 staff or other platform users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bak33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Behaviour that bak33 reasonably considers to constitute prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Request by the player to self-exclude or close the account voluntarily.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bak33 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account where that balance is directly connected to the breach (for example, funds derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse). In all other cases of account closure, legitimate account balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposit.

Players who wish to close their bak33 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any pending bets will be settled and any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the player.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

By creating a bak33 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bak33 uses SSL encryption across all platform transactions and login sessions to protect player data in transit. Personal information will not be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to unaffiliated third parties except as required to process payments, fulfil regulatory obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or connectivity failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Inaccurate information provided by third-party data feeds used for live betting markets.

bak33 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online betting and casino entertainment service.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bak33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly through the bak33 support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail.
